How much is a Poliwag Pokemon Card worth?

Pokemon Name: Poliwag
Evolves into: Poliwhirl
Release Date: 1999
Set: Base Set
Japanese: ニョロモ Nyoromo

1st Edition Shadowless Poliwag Pokemon Card Value

Description: At level 25, Poliwag evolves into Poliwhirl and when exposed to Water Stone evolves into Poliwrath. First edition Poliwag cards can be worth a lot of money depending on their condition. This is a common card and is oftentimes found in many collections today in varying conditions. Mint condition Poliwag cards are challenging to locate in the 1st edition.

Every Poliwag card from the first set of Pokemon will be Blue in color because it is a Water-type Pokemon card.

As you can see this is considered a “non-holographic” card. Most non-holo cards are worth less money than their holographic counterparts.

Value: Most Poliwag Pokemon cards will be worth $1 to $5 in played condition. Cards in pristine condition are worth around $25. If your card was printed with a 1st edition stamp, seen at the lower left side of the artwork shown in the picture above, it will almost always sell for more money.

Poliwag card errors can happen and when they do, they can bring decent money in the market. Misprints as shown in the guide we wrote happen during the printing process, and are desirable among certain collectors.

If you have a Poliwag Pokemon card, in any condition or language, we’d be happy to evaluate your card(s) and respond to you within 24 hours with our best offer!

Does 10 damage plus 10 damage for each Energy attached to Poliwag but not used to pay for this attack’s Energy cost. Extra Energy after the end don’t count.

Its newly grown legs prevent it from running. It appears to prefer swimming over trying to stand.  LV. 13  #60
